Our Return Policy and Order Policy

 

 

Order Policy

 Min order is $20.00 Us dollars

Any order that comes up incorrectly is subject to review.  All orders placed must come up at the correct price to be processed. Systems errors are not the fault of Shopgasper.net or any other website address link to Shopgasper.net.  We hold the right to cancel any order that is not processed correctly and will give a full refund to any customer that this happens to.  Shopgasper.net holds the right to cancel any order. 

Returns and Shipping Policy

 

If you are unsatisfied with an item, products can be returned within 30 days of the day it was shipped for an exchange or a partial refund. We offer free shipping but please note on returns our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Most items will also be subject to a restocking fee. Customers are also responsible for the return shipping on returned items. We only take returns on items that are unaltered (unstained and un-weathered) and in the original packaging. If the reason you are returning an item is our fault and it cannot be resolved another way we will pay for all return shipping. BREEZESTA POLY FURNITURE

BREEZESTA LEAD TIME: Standard lead time is approx. 3-4 weeks.

BREEZESTA ORDER CANCELATION & CHANGES: Any order cancellations or changes to an order must be made within 48 hours of the order entry date. Orders processed and packaged for delivery cannot be changed or cancelled without incurring a 25% fee or an additional charge.

BREEZESTA RETURNS: Please contact us at 1-888-633-4305 or email sales@applegatefurniture.com for authorization to return a product. The customer is responsible for all freight charges on unwanted items that are being returned. Items that are packaged properly and deemed resalable will be credited to the customer’s account, less 25% restocking charge. Products that are discontinued or have been assembled are not returnable.

Shipping Information

 ALL ORDERS HAVE A PROCESSING TIME THAT DIFFERS FROM ITEM TO ITEM, PLEASE ALLOW 5 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ITEM(S) WILL BE SHIPPED and then ALLOW THE PROPER SHIPPING TERMS YOU SELECT. items that take longer are Furniture, cast stone products, and pottery.  Feel free to contact us at Info@gasperls.com for a shipping eta.  

Free Shipping

Enter promo code "FREESHIP" at checkout to enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $75. Exclusions: Certain products we offer do carry associated shipping charges either per item or per order amount. The total item shipping charges, if any, will be detailed in the shopping cart page prior to checkout. Order Amount for promotional shipping doesn’t include, and offer doesn’t apply to, gift cards, bulk orders, applicable shipping charges, or sales tax. Shipping surcharge applies to AK, HI, and U.S. Territories. Some items have specific shipping charges and are not eligible towards the qualifying amount for the reduced shipping rates or free shipping. Other eligible item(s) in your cart at time of checkout will still count towards the qualifying total. We keep it simple–our pricing is straightforward and all-inclusive, which saves you time and energy.  Items that are not included are any Furniture, Pottery, and freight required products.

Shipping Times

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Regular delivery: 5-7 business days
Express delivery: within 3 business day’s
Overnight delivery: available for most items shipping within the continental US. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be
delivered the following Monday.

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 7 to 14 business days to process. Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order. *For Overnight and Express delivery, online orders must be places by 10 am EST.

Additional Charges
The additional fee listed under an item description is a freight charge assigned to that particular oversized item. This fee is added to the regular shipping charges detailed in the chart above.

Furniture and Other Large Items
All oversize furniture items and other large items will ship via a delivery service and will arrive within 4-6 weeks. (Please allow 8-10 weeks for custom pieces.) The delivery company will call to schedule your appointment. Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

Please note that shipments to U.S. territories, AK, HI, islands within the continental U.S. and express ship methods are unavailable for oversize items.

Tracking Orders
You will be given a tracking code with all regular shipping methods with your confirmed shipping invoice. For freight orders your contact information will be given to the carrier to arrange best time to ship.

Backorders
You will be informed if an item is backordered at the time you add it to your shopping basket. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will be notified via email of any changes to the item status.
